In the rush to do what is seen as a good thing it is not throughly investigated. These things come back to bite the ass of those that rushed to adopt. Examples being the endangered bird eating the endangered fish. Better yet San Fransisco being among the first in the nation to mandate low flow toilets. Now they have a problem; not enough water in the sewers to move the waste along. Ergo they stagnate and stink up the city. Good going Greenies.

Every factor changes something. Try and be aware of what is going to happen when you change a long working system for the "better". You don't want a Bad Thing. Sometimes something that has stood for a long time is best left alone. And never disturb a graveyard in New England.
